| Shipping Options |
Shipping is offered on all US orders via the US Postal Service. 1st class shipping is our standard
shipping method, and typically takes 1-5 days (and is as fast as UPS Ground shipping).
We ship out orders 6 days per week (every day except Sunday). Generally, orders received by 2pm EST
(Monday-Friday) and 12 noon EST (Saturday) are usually shipped out the same day via the US Postal
Service.
You may upgrade any order to US Postal Priority Mail...this can shave 2-4 days off your delivery time,
particularly if you are located in the mountain or pacific time zones (or Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or an
APO / AFO base. We can get most orders in the lower 48 states delivered within 3 days with USPS
Priority mail.
Note - for larger orders (more than 2-3 items) you might save money by using our partner site -
www.volumenutrition.com . On this site, the base prices are slightly higher, BUT shipping is free on
all orders regardless of the order size.
Upon receiving your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, and then a separate shipping
confirmation which includes your USPS delivery confirmation #. If you don't receive a confirmation,
please email us and we will gladly send you that information.
Our packages are discreet and only list the shipping address, the return address, the delivery
confirmation bar code, and the postage bar code. The contents of the package are never
listed on the outside of the package.
Returns - you may return your merchandise within 10 days for a refund so long as the products are
returned in their original condition (unopened).
